Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order anytime before we ship and transport it to your address. We request you to make any cancellations as early as possible before we ship and transport the order to avoid inconvenience.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order, please log in to Farmer’s HUT account and navigate your order history. Select the order you wish to cancel. If you encounter any issues, you can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

To cancel the order, you can also contact +91 9327374945. If you make a phone call to cancel the order, you need to provide your name and order number to cross-check and cancel it from our side.

Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation within the specified time frame, a refund will be initiated and it may take 7-8 business working days to your original payment method.

 

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards or are damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to process your refund. Send the photos to our Whatsapp number “+91 9327374945” or send an email to our customer support email “info@farmershut.com”.
  • Order Cancellation: As mentioned in our Cancellation Policy, eligible cancelled orders will be refunded according to the cancellation procedure.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable fees or discounts.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. it may take 7-8 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refund Disputes: If you have any concerns about the refund amount or process, please contact us. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

If you ordered the trial packs.

Items that have been consumed or used partially.

In both cases, we do not acknowledge the return and refund.
